How much will my repair cost? While we understand that this is probably the top question on your mind, we unfortunately cannot give a blanket answer. There are so many variables that go into a garage door repair that we usually need to have a good knowledge of what’s going on with your garage door before we can give you an idea of what things will cost. If you’d like to know a general range of what you can expect to pay, you can call us at (984) 289-0959 and our office team will be happy to give you a rough idea. However, if you’re looking for a specific estimate we will need photos sent to us or have a technician come out for a free estimate.

Where are you located? We are a local family-owned company that started in Durham, NC and has now expanded to the surrounding areas. We service garage doors from Winston-Salem to Wilmington, from Raleigh to Fayetteville. Check out our map to see if your county is in our service area-- and give us a call if you’re not sure, we’ll be happy to let you know if we can come to you or not!

How can I schedule a job?The easiest way to get on our schedule is to call our office at (984) 289-0959 and speak with one of our friendly office team members. They’ll be able to look at our schedule, make notes about what’s going on with your garage door, and find the best time to send a tech. You can also request a job through the chatbot at the bottom right of our website or by filling out the contact form here.
-
When can you come work on my garage door?Depending on where you are located and how busy we are, we might be able to come to you the same day you call! We have technicians available for 24/7 service, though emergency fees will apply for jobs scheduled after hours.
-
What do I need to do before my repair? We love you for asking this question - the most important thing you can do is to make sure that your garage is clear and your technician has enough space to work. For spring replacements, this means they’ll need to fit a ladder inside the garage door; for opener repairs, they’ll need to be able to get to the opener, which means you’ll need to move any vehicles underneath.
-
Do I have to be home for the repair? We understand that you have a busy schedule, so we definitely want to help you out - and you do not necessarily need to be home! As long as technicians are able to get into your garage and have authorization to do repairs, they will be able to fix your garage door even if you are not home.
-
How will I know when my technician is on the way?Our goal is to communicate clearly with you, every step of the way. You will receive a confirmation text when your job is on our schedule, and a text when your technician is on the way (let us know if you’d prefer a phone call!). Though we try to avoid them, if there are any delays or schedule changes that come up, we will give you a call to be sure that you know exactly what’s going on. We promise to keep you in the loop and informed of when your technician will arrive.
-
Do you charge a service fee?Nope! We provide free estimates and do not charge a service fee, no matter what day of the week we send a technician to you. We know that a broken garage door doesn’t discriminate on when it decides to break, so we have technicians scheduled 7 days a week, 365 days a year - and we even have techs on call to provide you with service any time of day or night (though emergency fees will apply for after hours service).
-
What brand of openers do you install? The openers we keep stocked and install are Chamberlain chain and belt drive openers. Click here to read more about the openers we carry.
-
How soon can I get a new door?Turnaround times for new doors depend on the size, style, and color of the door that you are wanting. For standard white doors, time between ordering and installation can be within a week. For doors that are more special order, turnaround time might be several weeks or more, depending on our manufacturer’s supply. If you’d like to know about a specific door’s timeframe, our team is more than happy to chat with you. To read more about our process for installing new garage doors, click here.
-
What forms of payment do you accept?Technicians can accept cash, check, or card when the repair is complete. We will also send you an invoice via email so you can pay online if you’d prefer. (This works great in scenarios where the person paying might not be the person at home at the time of the repair; we want to make things as easy as possible for you!)
-
Do you offer any discounts? We offer a 10% military and senior discount on all services except full doors or panels, just ask when you schedule your job!
-
